Wow what a lovely story 💕 and takes me back till the time I lost my jack Russell (west) they are part of the family . When you mentioned tom was then Vet a shiver went down my spine because he was the vet on call the night he took not well and he took him home till his own house and his bedroom so he could watch over him but sadly he just slept away and I didn’t have to make the choice of putting him to sleep but what other vet would show such kindness . Lovely listen look forward to the next episode.I remember Brody I spoke to you both on the beach lovely memories.
Hello, Kevin, and thank you for your lovely comment – sorry for the late response, I’ve only jut read it. I’m glad the episode resonated for you. What a lovely story about your own dog, and Tom’s kindness. It reminds me of a quote from the Highland Vet show: ‘every practice should have a Tom’ – how true! Thank you again for listening to the episode – hope you also enjoyed part two. Gail.
